Through an integrated and culturally sensitive approach, I utilize a variety of approaches, tools, and modalities that best match my clients. I specialize in strengths-based, expressive arts, person-centered, humanistic, and Adlerian counseling, however, I adapt to meet the needs of my clients.
With a foundation rooted in compassion and empathy, I walk alongside my clients on their path toward self-discovery and transformation and aim to empower them to navigate life's challenges.
