I really enjoy working with children ages 5 and older and adults of all ages specializing in an array of mental health concerns. I look forward to challenging concerns, including addressing school related struggles, college transitioning, adjustment issues, behavioral concerns, oppositional and conduct issues, anger management, criminal behaviors, trauma, sexual abuse, anxiety issues, depressive issues, ADHD and attention related struggles and relationship struggles.
My primary focus will be in assisting you to develop coping skills to manage and address your concerns. I strive to create a safe and non judgemental space to help you feel more at ease to disclose more sensitive topics to address and process issues and help individuals make positive changes in their lives.
