I help adults struggling with anxiety, trauma, late-diagnosed ADHD/Autism and painful experiences heal and make needed changes. Life is messy, complicated, and hectic. I use many tools to help you heal and build skills for lasting change. I specialize in EMDR therapy and am EMDR Certified, an EMDR Consultant and trained in AEDP, DARe, ego state therapy, IFS and somatic experiencing. I'm also well-versed in neurodiversity and can help you navigate ADHD/Autistic challenges and learn to play to your unique strengths!
