I hold a Master's Degree in Counseling and a Doctorate in Psychology (Ph.D.). I specialize in trauma, depression, grief, life changes and relationships. I recently retired from civil service from the US Military after 14 years. I also published a book on mental health disorders and am also trained in EMDR.
