I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Accredited Counselor Supervisor with over 10 years of experience working with varied issues and populations. I currently have an opening for a supervisee (LAC), with the possibility of employment here at my practice. As a clinician supervisor, I provide new counselors with focused, thorough clinician supervision that supports my supervisees' professional development, guides them in improving self awareness, and supports them through the anxieties of being a new clinician.
Modalities I practice with include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Internal Family systems (IFS), EMDR and Brainspotting. I often incorporate solution focused and existential therapy as well.
In both my therapeutic and supervision relationships, I bring genuineness, warmth and humor. The connection and trust in these relationships is essential, and I take great care in developing this in supervision.
