As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I firmly believe that therapy services should be available and affordable to all who need them. I offer individual, couples, family, and group therapy. With 25 years of experience as a therapist, I am currently serving as a clinician working with a broad spectrum of clients with a non-judgmental and sex-positive attitude. Among my areas of expertise are LGBTQIA+ clientele (specifically with transfolks), abuse and trauma, depression and anxiety, and anger management. I have also worked with polyamorous folk.
I'm a community activist for LGBTQ issues and the workshop coordinator of Pride Fest from 2013 to 2018. I have been a guest speaker regarding LGBTQIA+ issues in Mental Health at the University of Illinois. I also have extensive experience in sex offender treatment and anger control issues.
Rooted in CBT, I try to integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client.
