Sometimes it's hard to see the way through difficult times while bogged down by anxious or depressive thoughts and emotions or haunted by the past. Let's figure it out together. When working with me, you can expect for both of us to be getting to know you better - we will balance honoring your emotions and challenging your beliefs to help you feel heard, understood, and find your way forward. I've been practicing since 2019 in a variety of therapy settings. My main specialty is trauma but I often work with issues related to divorce, anxiety, and life transitions.
I offer a variety of options and together we will figure out what works best for you. However, my specialty is working with trauma and I most often use Cognitive Processing Therapy and Brainspotting to guide people out of the past an into the present. I'm also certified in Ketamine Assisted Therapy.
I offer 15 minute consultations to help us both get an initial idea if we will work well together. You can book through the link provided in my PT profile. Having someone witness as you explore and express your thoughts and emotions is a profound experience and I am honored to get to be that witness and a safe place for others.
