I provide psychotherapy for adolescents and adults struggling with life's issues such as relationships, loss, coping with stress and substance abuse. My experience includes working with both individuals and families dealing with anxiety, depression and other mental health disorders. My goal is to engage my clients in a safe and supportive environment in order to develop a trusting working relationship.
I have worked with the Mental Health Association of Nassau County and The Long Island Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence. I received my Masters of Social Work degree from Stony Brook University with a specialization in Health and a sub-specialization in Alcohol and Substance Abuse.
My education, experience and my devotion to helping individuals and families has shaped my practice. I believe strongly in building a working relationship in order to achieve a common goal with my clients.
