Welcome! I specialize in working with 3- 8 year old's, parents and adult children concerned about an aging parent. As as Social worker whose had my private practice for 16 years, I strive to offer clients a space where you can feel safe to open up about your inner thoughts, a place to build your courage and face your fears and time to learn how to reduce your anxiety, anger and anything else that is impeding your ability to grow mentally, emotionally and spiritually. My approach is to learn about the specifics of your struggle, listen to you with patience and curiosity and guide you to your next level of growth with compassion.

One of my passions and gifts is to help adults navigate the confusion and grief surrounding their parent's aging especially if they are memory loss concerns. I also am skilled at helping parents identify their child's needs and reducing their tantrums and meltdowns while also teaching parents how to get the support they need through therapy and community.

Lastly, I'm passionate about helping 3-8 year old's reduce anger outbursts, tantrums and negative self-talk. My ultimate goal as a therapist is to help you learn how to manage whatever comes your way, trust more in yourself and feel more confident about who you are.
