My name is Dr. Christine Sainvil, and I am a licensed psychologist who provides culturally competent counseling services. I have an integrative approach to therapy, grounded in multicultural counseling, interpersonal theory, and cognitive behavioral therapy.

Therapy is like a GPS—you set the destination, and I help you explore the best routes to get there.My role is to guide and support you in building the future you envision. I'm a licensed therapist in NY & FL, and authorized to practice telepsychology across 40+ states through PSYPACT.

My hope for my clients is that when they complete treatment, they have a better understanding of themselves, their strengths, and their emotions. At the end of therapy, my clients tend to feel empowered and equipped with a toolbox of techniques that will help them take on and manage any future life stressors.
