My specialties include trauma informed care. I am certified by EMDRIA for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. I can provide Clinical Hypnosis using a CBT lens, and have much advanced training in this as well. Short term therapy can provide long term healing and relief. I have a positive approach that is gentle, compassionate, and confidential.
I encourage active and reflective listening between us as we develop our therapeutic relationship. I am here to listen with empathy, and practice non judgement and non bias. I have a multi-cultural perspective. I can provide a safe space for those or who have chronic pain. I can provide an outlet to grieve. I also love helping caregivers.
