At any age we may be operating from a dysfunctional system, as a result of negative experiences and trauma. Creating anxiety, depression, frustration, harmful habits, etc. I have lived experience with neurodivergence, ADHD, OCD, C/PTSD, trauma, chronic illness & systemic barriers. I can empathize while guiding you through your healing journey.
Virtual sessions are encouraged. For in person sessions I have a backyard office at my place, formerly Bender's Barn Animal Sanctuary. Most people enjoy this relaxing and welcoming environment. The office is 15-20 minutes from Seneca Falls, Geneva & Waterloo. Only virtual sessions are offered for WA state residents.
