I have been in practice for 20 years and offer specialized counseling for individuals,families and couples. One of my most used methodologies is DBT and CBT skills. Both skills work on improving communication skills, interpersonal relationships, emotion regulation and mindfulness across all life domains. My approach is strength based.

Adolescent DBT Skills Group
Learn to use DBT skills in helping yourself become more mindful and centered in your daily life. Understand and improve social supports with peers and others. Improve emotion regulation while helping others hear what you would like them to understand.

SST PRIME DBT Therapeutic After School Program
SST PRIME is an adolescent after school program which runs twice a week on a 6 week curriculum to help those who need added support emotionally and socially due to ADHD,anxiety,depression ect. . The groups curriculum incorporates DBT skills through art, music, equine assisted, mediation and mindfulness. Creative skill building,impulse control, problem solving, enhancing communication,making healthier choices and building self esteem are just a few of the focuses of this group. Group is limited to 6 clients per session to provide the most benefit and individualized treatment.
