There are times when we all need extra support and to know that we are not alone with our pain. It's my hope to provide a therapeutic environment in which you feel nurtured and respected and know that your thoughts and feelings matter. My approach to therapy is holistic, humanistic, and strengths-based. I treat the whole person and believe we should not be labeled by our problems. I practice a non-judgmental and empathic approach; supporting individuals as they confront their issues and helping them realize their unique strengths.
As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Board-Certified Art Therapist, I enjoy working with ages 12 and older. I have clinical experience and interest in issues such as anxiety, depression, identity, self-esteem, stress management, relationships, grief and loss, self-harm, and trauma.
I utilize methods including, but not limited to, CBT, ACT, Mindfulness, Spiritual Therapy and Art Therapy, catering therapy to fit your needs. The road towards healing and inner change can be difficult and I will walk beside you, to help you identify your unique strengths, explore your concerns and begin living a more full and balanced life.
