I specialize in working with anxious, high-achieving women and mothers who are navigating life transitions, motherhood, relationship stress, or identity shifts. This includes women in the perinatal and postpartum season, those adjusting to new roles or expectations, and women who feel the pressure to do everything right.
My approach is relational, real, and nervous-system-informed, combining insight with practical tools to support emotional regulation, healthier relationships, and lasting change. I have over 10 years of therapeutic experience. I am EMDR certified, and I have my Supervisor credential as well as my Perinatal Mental Health- Counselor credential.
