As a licensed marriage & family therapist (LMFT) and licensed pastoral psychotherapist (LPP), I facilitate healing and growth in all types of relationships: with yourself, your family, your culture, your faith, and more. I am passionate about encouraging clients to pursue fulfilling relationships and lives, and to be curious about who they are and what they need. I also take a particular interest in incorporating client spirituality or frameworks of meaning into our work.

To achieve these outcomes, I offer individual, couples, and family therapy to teens and adults, with a focus on the following areas: personal & spiritual growth; strengthening committed/marital relationships; defining & pursuing healthy relationships; stress management; building confidence & empowerment; and anxiety & depression management.
