My priority is to create a safe space where you feel heard, valued, and encouraged to proceed at your own pace as we explore how past and present experiences may affect how you think, behave, and feel. In our work together, I will act as a guide walking alongside you on your journey of personal growth. I will help you identify and use your strengths to build resilience, work with you to clarify your goals, teach you skills, help you navigate difficult emotions, and consistently provide support and encouragement.
My therapeutic approach is integrative, empathic, and collaborative. I tailor treatment to the client using a combination of Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and Solution-Focused, Mindfulness, and Psychodynamic Therapy.
