I'm especially skilled with depression, trauma/PTSD, anxiety, stress, perfectionism, narcissism and survivors of narcissistic abuse, relationships, intimacy, and family dynamics. My training background includes CBT, CPT, DBT, MI and psychodynamic approaches.
