About
I’m committed to guiding you on your healing journey. We all face challenges in our lives, which are often opportunities for growth and change. The goal is not to be perfect by societal standards, ideally we learn to embrace and accept all the unique parts of ourselves. I believe we are all simultaneously flawed & fabulous. I don't believe in a one size fits all approach, I tailor each session to your individual needs. Our work together will leave you feeling empowered to move forward in the right direction. My varied experiences include work in college settings, hospice, oncology, geriatrics, maternal health & crisis debriefing.
I am passionate about helping clients surpass any limitation in order to become the best version of themselves. Some common issues I help clients with include grief, stress, depression, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem & LGBTQIA+ related issues. I work with clients who are in traditional and alternative lifestyle relationships.
My style is authentic, compassionate, and intuitive. My approach is holistic, sex positive and integrative. I combine evidence-based treatment with mindfulness, energy work and other complementary modalities. The magic of life often happens when we step outside our comfort zone. Perhaps therapy feels outside your comfort zone...let's give it a try together.
