I'm a Licensed Independent Social Worker with 9 years of experience helping children, teens, adults, and families navigate life's challenges. Throughout my career, I've provided individual and family therapy in a variety of settings, using evidence-based approaches tailored to each client's unique needs. My clinical approach includes Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and other proven interventions that help clients gain insight, strengthen relationships, develop healthy coping strategies and create meaningful, lasting change.
I'm passionate about helping people better understand themselves and navigate relationships and life's transitions, including college, career changes, parenthood, family conflict, anxiety, trauma, grief, relocation, and other major life changes. I provide a supportive space to gain insight, build healthy coping skills, and move forward with confidence.
