My specialty is helping survivors to understand the effects of trauma; to treat the symptoms and to plan for recovery. Including the people in your life is part of the process. Recognizing the behaviors of a trauma survivor and knowing how to separate them from the person in recovery can make all the difference.
I offer individual, couples and family therapy. A former police officer, special assault investigator and VA counselor, I am experienced in working with law enforcement, first responders, veterans and active duty military members as well as those, who have survived personal trauma.
