I have worked with families in need since 1996. These families have been in crisis for many reasons some of which have been:unexpected loss, job loss, domestic violence, homelessness, sexual and physical abuse. I have experience working with people dealing with trauma, suicide,betrayal, depression/anxiety, perinatal & postpartum depression, loss and grief. I work with adolescents and adults who have ADHD to help bring organization and peace to individuals and families that have been living in chaos.
I enjoy working with individuals and couples who are recovering from betrayal or an affair in their relationship.I use Gottman Method Couples therapy when working with those in a relationship.
I work with women who are pregnant and suffering from depression or postpartum depression. I offer support and help to parents adjusting to having young children and families.I also work with people suffering from loss and grief of babies and family members.
