Everyone has a time in their life when they need help. I have been helping people understand their difficulties and develop strategies and skills to overcome those struggles for over 15 years. As a clinical Social Worker I have worked in many different therapeutic settings aiding individuals with various problems including depression, anxiety, family and couples issues, academic difficulties, and health and wellness struggles. I believe that once you learn how to focus on what is going on inside of you and become more accepting of it; you will have the power to heal yourself.
I use Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy to help people overcome their problems. I will help you develop skills that will help you build a solid foundation within yourself and become more aware of your body allowing you to take control of how you feel.

Moving Beyond Social Anxiety: 6 week workshop
Exclusively for high school students! BEGINS OCTOBER 13TH. Our 6-week workshop is designed to give you the skills needed to boost your confidence in social situations. We will work on how to talk to others and fee comfortable, how to be comfortable in your own body, and understand how to manage and reduce your physical reactions to stress. Every session is structured so that you know what to expect. We are limiting the number of participants to 8 so everyone can feel comfortable. Each meeting will have time to learn, talk, and test out the skills being discussed.
