Maybe you feel emotionally stuck or confused and have tried leaving only to return to the same unhappy relationship where nothing seems to change. On the other hand, you might feel that you keep entering into relationships in which you are treated poorly but can't figure out why. Perhaps you're dating and finding "the one" seems impossible. You feel sad and disappointed, no one seems to understand, and you don't know what else to do to make things better. I'm here to tell you that things can change and I am here to help!

I specialize in working with women's issues including codependency, recovery from narcissistic abuse, self-esteem, transition to parenthood, and postpartum mood and anxiety disorders. While these are the things I am most passionate about I also enjoy and have experience working with depression, anxiety, and OCD.

Reaching out for help can be scary because you might not know what to expect and you may be hurting inside. Being vulnerable and telling your story takes courage but it also promotes healing. I am here to provide you with a safe, compassionate space to begin exploring your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors and finding a way towards your goals.

This 8-week educational support group is offered online for individuals who have exited a romantic relationship with a narcissistic or high-conflict partner. It is not a therapy group, but rather a safe space to learn, share, and connect with others who have been through similar experiences. Together, we focus on understanding the impact of narcissistic abuse, practicing skills for healthy boundaries, and building resilience in a supportive community. This group is for education and peer support only. It does not provide therapy, diagnosis, or treatment.

Co-Parenting Without the Chaos

This is a 2-hour online workshop is for parents navigating co-parenting with a high-conflict or narcissistic ex. You’ll learn tools to reduce conflict, including how to respond to DARVO with the BIFF Method, when to use gray rock versus yellow rock, and how parallel parenting can protect you in custody cases. Using real-life examples, we’ll practice strategies that keep communication calm, clear, and child-focused while helping the courts see who is driving the conflict. This workshop is educational and skill-based only. It is not therapy and does not provide treatment or diagnosis.
