I have experience treating clients with anxiety, depression, life transitions, career choices, health & wellness, ADHD, and other life challenges. We will utilize various therapeutic tools to help you reach your goals. I also have an extensive background in sleep and am available to treat insomnia, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I).
