I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and my focus of my practice is helping one to be one's best self by identifying and changing the obstacles that have interfered in your life. I enjoy assisting the client in meeting their goals. I have over 20 years of experience working with adults and children. I have always been supervised by psychiatrists and doctors who were my mentors.
The theoretical approaches I commonly use are Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Trauma sensitivity, Motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and mediation. I use only evidenced-based practices.
