I believe therapy is a collaborative effort in which the client is the expert and the therapist is the guide. The goal of therapy is to improve awareness, understanding and growth. My goal is to help guide clients on their path to creating their best self and helping them through life challenges while understanding their history and the experiences that have helped shape them into who they are today.
My life passion is to provide counseling that focuses on social justice, self-expression, personal accountability and integrity. I specialize in grief, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and addiction.
Through this process, clients will gain necessary skills and tools to help navigate ongoing life circumstances, improve decision making and behavior patterns, and be molded into their complete self. We achieve this utilizing various techniques and skills designed to heal ourselves from within as we take steps to nurture personal development.
