My approach centers on supporting individuals experiencing life transitions after loss and grief, including the loss of a loved one, changes in physical health or functioning, and shifts in role or identity related to oncology/cancer care or military deployment.

My focus is on helping clients recognize strengths and potential rather than feeling limited or defined by carrying the weight of anxiety, depression, and grief. As a Grief Recovery Specialist, my seven-session program design helps individuals process unresolved grief by moving through the emotional impact of significant losses or unfulfilling relationships.
I value the collaborative nature of supporting clients as they find meaning in processing difficult experiences.
