It's no secret life can get overwhelming. Sometimes it can feel like we are doing "all the things" and something still feels out of place. In my space, I hope to offer a place for you to unpack, resolve, heal, create meaning, and redefine some of your life experiences, or we develop tools for you to take on present challenges head on. I draw from IFS, DBT, CBT, Person-Centered, and always Trauma Informed first. If you don't have all the answers, that's okay. If you're not sure what the questions are you have, that's okay! We will refine a treatment plan that is specific to you and your needs.
I enjoy working with teens, college students, post-graduates, and adults. I offer affirming care, and an ally for our LGBTQ+ folks. I specialize in supporting people through trauma, anxiety, depression, navigating life transitions, boundaries/relationships, ADHD symptom management, ID emotions. I offer both focused therapy and space for exploration.
