I have a passion for helping people harness their creative energies to improve their lives. I have a special passion for helping adult survivors of abuse and trauma, people experiencing medical challenges (such as cancer, chronic pain, recently-acquired disabilities, etc.), and the elderly. I also provide creative coaching services for people who want to learn to use art making for wellness and personal development. I also specialize in helping elderly people and their families creatively review and document their life stories.
My mission statement is a quote by author and writing teacher Brenda Ueland: "Everybody is talented, original, and has something important to say." We are all artists and we all have the ability to benefit from creative work. I would be honored to assist you in your creative journey.
I offer individual sessions in art therapy, creative coaching, and life review. I also therapy groups for such issues as adult survivors of child abuse, cancer patients, and wellness and spirituality.I also offer presentations and one-day workshops on art therapy, creativity, and life review for conferences, and retreats.
