Are You Feeling Stuck?
Sometimes the strategies and coping mechanisms that once protected you from pain or hardship can become the very things that hold you back. Over time, they may interfere with your well-being, your relationships, and your ability to connect with your community.
When we’re caught in cycles of stress or trauma, it’s common to develop narratives rooted in blame—of others or of ourselves. But healing begins when we start to understand the deeper biological, psychological, and social factors at play.
By recognizing that help is necessary I am able to assist you in moving towards solutions .
I am interested in mindfulness, compassion and wisdom and how they work together to support your journey. I have studied the most effective methods of the Indo-Tibetan tradition and Western Psychology to serve you and your unique situation. I know first-hand the power and plasticity of the mind. I love translating this work for teens.
I am a graduate of the Nalanda Institute's Contemplative Psychotherapy (specializing in Buddhist Psychotherapy) program which is dedicated to the scientific research and study of the Indo-Tibetan tradition as it relates to Western Psychotherapy. I am trans queer and non-binary affirming, anti-racist, s non-monogamous informed and more.
