I specialize in working with individuals experiencing symptoms of depression and anxiety. I also specialize in working with people who are navigating challenging life transitions and who have experienced trauma. I work with adults who are struggling with symptoms of anxiety and depression, including people who have experienced trauma and loss. I also specialize in helping people learn coping skills to assist in navigating difficult life transitions.
