Many come in feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, stuck in patterns that aren’t working, navigating a life transition, or struggling with disconnection or conflict in their relationships. Some are looking for tools to manage emotions more effectively, while others want to better understand themselves or improve communication with a partner.
I help individuals, and couples navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges. My style is supportive and down-to-earth, using CBT, ACT, DBT-informed strategies, and Gottman Method Couples Therapy to build practical skills to improve communication.
