This group is for individuals who prioritize the needs and happiness of others, while sacrificing their own health and wellness. This especially occurs when loved ones struggle with addiction/mental health issues. Sessions explore maladaptive relationship patterns with the goal of breaking self-destructive cycles. Codependency can have many symptoms, including people-pleasing, poor boundaries, need for control, guilt/shame, and fear of abandonment. Every Thursday from 6:15pm - 7:15pm. This is an ongoing long-term group. Clients can join after having a consultation with one of the therapists who facilitate group. Group is currently being offered via Zoom.

Mental Health Clinicians Meet Up @ The Bradbury-Sullivan Community Center: Join this FREE monthly consultation group for clinicians working with LGBTQ+ clients. We typically meet on the LAST Friday of each month from 10:00am-11:30am, monthly emails are sent confirming the dates. Meetings are being held virtually via Zoom. The Health Programs and Supportive Services Manager joins the meetings as a liason for the Center. We focus on conceptualizing cases, providing feedback, sharing resources, and advocating for better mental health treatment for the community.
