This maybe managing stress, navigating health concerns, being a caregiver to older family members, work stress or feeling isolated. I specialize in working with individuals who have anxiety, depression, and trauma experiences who struggle to manage day-to-day activities. This is your journey, your bus, and I am providing a map to help you navigate the road. I also work with school-age children who struggle to regulate emotions and interact appropriately at school, in the community, and at home.
Our first few sessions you can expect to discuss your current struggles, concerns, and past trauma history. I believe in the personal narrative and your story of what brought you to this moment, help identify strengths, and build your wings to change. Sharing the narrative is a way to self reflect on areas of concern for the individual.
I am passionate about this work because human beings have the capacity to overcome life's obstacles on the way to success. I do not follow a specific religious doctrine and respect the beliefs of others. My moral compass can be linked to the Christian faith.
