Many of my clients are parents, caregivers, or professionals who spend much of their time supporting others and are looking for a space where they can finally slow down, be heard, and focus on their own well-being. My approach combines trauma-informed care with practical tools that help clients manage overwhelming thoughts, regulate emotions, and build healthier patterns in their relationships and daily lives.
