Being isolated and feeling like an outsider all the time, is a significant hurdle to mental wellness. Inclusivity and cultural humility are a big part of my practice. I offer neuro-affirmative & LGBTQ+ affirmative therapy, a supportive space where you are seen, safe & heard. I am trained in ADHD/ADD/ASD clinical specialty, EMDR & EFT.
