I work with adults navigating trauma, chronic emotional overwhelm, and life transitions.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent 25 years in forensic science. I understand reinvention from the inside out—and I know it's possible. I'll meet you wherever you are.
My approach weaves trauma-informed care, "parts work", and EMDR so change isn't just insight, but something you can feel and sustain. I'm especially drawn to those who feel and think deeply, and often carry more than their share. Therapy can help you move from survival mode into a more grounded, meaningful life.
I'm particularly attuned to adults navigating identity shifts, chronic stress, and the weight of always being "the capable one."
