I have over 10 years if experience as a Licensed Independent Social Worker. My experience includes counseling in areas of ADHD (I am a certified ADHD practitioner), anxiety, grief and loss, life transitions, chronic illness, depression and much more.

Although my approach is integrative and person-centered, I most often utilize CBT, mindfulness, supportive, strength-based and couples therapy techniques within my sessions.

I am also a mother to 4 children and an avid reader. My favorite coping skills I utilize to reduce stress include walking/hiking in a park, grounding exercises and pilates.
