Life can be challenging and difficult for anyone and for all ages. It can bring changes and stressors to all of us. So many times, my clients will focus on what is going wrong with their lives, which can cause them to feel self-defeated. We all have the capacity to make things better, to be stronger, and to be supportive and appreciative of everyone close to us. The model of therapy I use gives my clients the skills to look at their lives differently and finally break out of dysfunctional cycles to achieve an individual state of peace.
I also provide counseling services directed towards today's youth. I specialize in treating various emotional, behavioral, and developmental issues with great focus on strengthening the family system. I have been a School Psychologist for 25 years and have conducted over a thousand of psychological evaluations.
Much of my therapeutic work has been in helping my clients manage their anxiety to improve their overall quality of living. Many have been able to finally let go of irrational thoughts and fears, and finally lead more present, fulfilling lives.
