I am an EMDRIA-certified EMDR therapist specializing in trauma, anxiety, and depression, and I have 30 years of experience providing mental health services.

I am an affirming, compassionate, and focused therapist who uses an honest, direct, and supportive approach with my clients. You and what you need are the focus of the session, which enhances the healing and growing process. I help people through challenging issues, get unstuck from trauma, and achieve optimal mental health.
