I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years of experience in the mental health field, working in various capacities. I am dedicated to helping those seeking insight and change, and I strive to be highly attuned to my clients, their concerns, and their goals. Many people come to therapy searching for answers about their lives, and I believe that addressing these matters can lead to significant personal transformation. I work with individuals experiencing depression, grief, life transitions, and trauma, tailoring my approach to meet your specific therapeutic needs.
I use a combination of traditional talk therapy, internal family systems, solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) to support clients in their healing journey. This integrative approach allows me to select the most effective treatment options for your unique situation.
