Hi and Welcome! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who feels honored to support people through their personal challenges and hardships. I’ve been licensed since 2009 and specialize in trauma-informed therapy, working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, attachment concerns, and life transitions. I also have a special interest in helping couples who are struggling with disconnection, conflict, or the lasting effects of difficult experiences.
I believe in an integrative approach to focus on providing customized therapy to each client. I offer EMDR to some clients with internalized trauma from their past or current relationships. I employ Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples to increase their emotional connection, heal from past wounds, and create a meaningful shared path going forward.
