For over 33 yrs I have worked to bring healing to people of all ages. I provide individual & family therapy for adolescents & adults. My specialties are the treatment of anxiety, depression, life transition issues, relationship issues & parenting challenges. I am a Certified Integrative Mental Health Practitioner & I believe in the importance of the mind/body connection. I especially enjoy working with highly sensitive persons (HSP). I have a strong passion for working women and addressing issues related to anxiety, motherhood, codependency, pregnancy, postpartum and aging. I have a great deal of wisdom gained from both professional and personal experience in these areas.
