Bringing 25 years of therapy experience, I help people change and heal from difficult life experiences such as unhealthy relationships, childhood abuse and neglect, and other adverse or traumatic events. Sometimes people know they have had difficult experiences and want to be healthier but they don't know where to begin. Working with an experienced clinician is a key first step to begin the healing process. I also help people who feel stuck knowing how to handle difficult or toxic relationships. I love teaching people how to establish healthy boundaries in their relationships, even with very challenging people!
