Hello, I am a licensed therapist conveniently located on the East Side of Providence. I am licensed in RI, MA, CT, ME, and NY. I provide mainly telehealth appointments, with in-office availability on Wednesdays. I work with adolescents and adults of all ages. I specialize in adolescents, young adults, and life transitions. My approach is to offer genuine support and establish a trusting relationship with my clients. This will help you clarify and address the issues that have led you to seek counseling. I usually work with issues related to depression, anxiety, and relationships.
My office is right next to the Henderson Bridge, at 1 Richmond Square. It is directly on the bus route and there is plenty of free parking. I have found that telehealth appointments provide the flexibility and convenience to fit therapy appointments into your busy life, and telehealth has been found to be just as effective as in-person appointments.
