I am passionate about helping clients heal from the levels of trauma, grief, depression & anxiety they have experienced. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Certified Adolescent Trauma Professional and a Certified Advanced Grief Counseling Specialist. I believe in obtaining ongoing training/education to ensure using most effective therapy methods.
My goal is to provide you with a comfortable space to assist with symptoms/situations that bring you into therapy and identifying your strengths to help in the process. I believe in empowering you to explore new ways to grow and to meet your goals. In my spare time, I enjoy exploring the beach, reading, jigsaw puzzles, movies, & spending time with friends.
