I specialize in maternal and perinatal mental health and am a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Clinician (PMH‑C). Instead, I help clients slow down, notice patterns beneath the surface, and develop greater awareness of what’s driving their distress — including the thoughts and feelings that often go unspoken.
Therapy with me is about understanding yourself more clearly and building tools you can actually use. Clients often leave feeling more grounded, more compassionate toward themselves, and better equipped to respond to challenges differently. I also help clients think practically about support so they feel less alone and more resourced in daily life.

Common Threads- A Postpartum Group
Common Threads is a space to slow down, connect and talk about the things that really matter in motherhood. The beautiful, messy, funny, complicated parts of being a mother, women and human. Each month we will work to have open and honest conversation about the complexities and nuances of the postpartum period through discussion, reflection and connection. This is a no judgement, no pressure, no "perfect" mom group ran by a maternal mental health therapist and lactation consultant aimed to build community and support. This group is FREE.
