Whether it’s a traumatic experience, toxic relationships, dealing with a beast of an inner critic, or uncertainty of what the problem even is, we will figure it out together. I also have particular specialties working with fellow therapists and military members/families.
I work with my clients through an attachment lens. This means we work on the here and now issues, while also getting curious about connections and experiences throughout the lifetime. Understanding how past helpful or hurtful experiences impacts your current circumstances or behavior, allows us to approach stuck points with compassion and clear direction.
I have well over a decade in the field and I love what I do. I want my clients to be themselves in session and feel safe.
