I bring 32 years of experience in the fields of body-based healing and psychology and began my somatic-based practice in Mill Valley in 1997. I offer Somatic Experiencing, Brainspotting, and spiritual modalities via tele-health to help people shift from outdated patterns so they can live more fully in 'real time'.
